What is a "connection"?
An active phone number linked to Wapper — specifically, an active WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). Each number you use to send messages counts as one connection.
What happens when I hit the message limit?
We warn you before you hit the limit. We don't cut anything off without warning. If you need more, just upgrade.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Cancel anytime. No penalty, no awkward retention call.
Do incoming messages count toward the limit?
No. Only outgoing messages count.
What about Meta's fees?
Meta's conversation fees are billed separately, directly by Meta on your WABA. We don't mark these up.
